We're Hiring: Principal Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid, in office attendance at Marlow
Department: Business Change
Schedule: Monday-Friday / Permanent
We're looking for an experienced Principal Business Analyst to lead complex business change across Kensington. This is a high-impact role for someone who can translate business challenges into clear, practical solutions that improve ways of working and support strategic priorities.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and product teams, leading analysis from discovery through to implementation and ensuring outcomes are clearly defined, commercially sound, and successfully embedded.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead analysis across complex business problems, shaping the approach, defining requirements, and partnering with Project Managers, Product Managers, and the BA Manager to deliver the right outcomes.
- Influence business strategy, future operating models, processes, systems, and capabilities through strong business architecture and analysis.
- Develop and maintain business architecture aligned to Kensington's strategic goals and change priorities.
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, influencing decisions, and ensuring business needs are clearly understood and prioritized.
- Lead workshops to define outcomes, user requirements, data needs, and high-quality business requirements.
- Support planning, estimation, impact assessment, and change readiness across analysis, delivery, implementation, and support activity.
- Work with Change Management, Business Implementation, and IT colleagues to ensure requirements are delivered, adopted, and benefits are realized.

Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience as a Principal or Senior Business Analyst, ideally within financial services, a regulated environment, or a relevant transferable industry.
- Experience leading business analysis across large, complex, and/or regulatory projects and programmes.
- Strong business architecture experience, with the ability to connect analysis activity to wider strategic goals.
- Confident using formal and hybrid analysis techniques to define and document requirements within complex change programmes.
- Good understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
- Comfortable leading change, creating clarity, and bringing people with you through complex transformation.
