This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on analysis, working across a varied portfolio of business and technology change initiatives while mentoring a team of Business Analysts.

The Role

As the Principal Business Analyst, you'll act as the link between the business and technology teams, ensuring change is aligned to strategic objectives and delivers real business value.

  • Lead Business Analysis across multiple complex change programmes.
  • Manage, mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and gather, analyse and document business requirements.

  • Ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Developers and Testers to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and customer experience.
  • Drive best practice, consistency and continuous improvement across the Business Analysis function.
  • Support resource planning, recruitment and capability development within the BA team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
