Principal Software Engineer
A Principal Software Engineer with extensive experience of Object-Oriented software design, Microsoft Development, and C++ who has strong Mathematical skills will take ownership of key products for a thriving Technology Company with a focus on the design of complex data processing, distribution, and display systems. Competitive salary package and hybrid working.
Bringing a strong academic history with an Engineering or Science Degree with a software bias, the successful Principal Software Engineer will have proven experience of leading project teams with the capability to deliver significant software developments, whilst working closely with end customers and users.

Requirements
- Extensive (12+ years) experience of hands-on Microsoft development.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Design in C++.
- Software-related Degree.
- Strong Mathematical skills.
- Proven team leadership skills.

- Experience in the development of Security/Defence command and control (C2) software.
- Using and manipulating GIS data.
- An understanding of RF/Electronics principles.
In this Principal Software Engineering role, you will play a key part in enabling this exciting Company to deliver the capabilities that their next-generation surveillance-related products, steering the development of major new features.
