About The Role
This full-time Principal Civil Engineer position in Bristol offers a salary between £50,000 and £60,000 annually. The successful candidate will join a civils team, collaborating closely with the Technical Director on team operations while managing clients and leading projects. Responsibilities include overseeing development infrastructure schemes across residential, commercial, and education sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with the Technical Director for the general running of the team.
- Working in a talented team of Graduates, Technicians, Senior, and Principal Engineers to work on a range of development infrastructure projects - they are working on a nice mixture of residential, commercial, and education projects.
- Managing clients and running your own/your teams projects.

Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience in detailed design of highways, drainage, and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microdrainage, and Civil/Site3D software.

A key client of ours are looking to take on a Principal Engineer to join their busy civils team in their Bristol office. This person would be working closely with the Technical Director for the general running of the team.

We require someone who has good, relevant industry experience on detailed design of highways, drainage, and infrastructure using:
- AutoCAD
- Microdrainage
- Civil/Site3D
You’d also be managing clients and running your own/your teams projects.
