Principal Civil Engineer
As the construction and infrastructure sectors continue to evolve, the role of Civil Engineering has never been more critical. Black & White Engineering is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead the development and delivery of civil engineering solutions on some of the world's most demanding and technically advanced projects.
This position offers the opportunity to influence project strategies, mentor engineering teams and take ownership of major civil engineering packages across international developments. You will play a key role in delivering infrastructure that supports mission-critical facilities while helping to shape the future growth of our Civil Engineering capability.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading civil engineering design and infrastructure strategies.
- Undertaking technical reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Managing project deliverables and design coordination.
- Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Supporting planning, permitting and infrastructure requirements.
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Contributing to business growth and technical development initiatives.
Essential Skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered status or working towards chartership.
- Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of drainage, highways and external works design.
- Excellent technical review and leadership capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
