Principal Civil Engineer - Critical Infrastructure & Land Development
London or Epsom (Hybrid - 3 days per week office/site)
Permanent, Full-Time
Principal Civil Engineer is needed to be a part of a leading global engineering and design consultancy delivering pioneering solutions across critical UK infrastructure and strategic land development. With a strong reputation for innovation and technical excellence, they offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, landmark projects across the energy, defence, and residential sectors.
As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams delivering complex external works packages (earthworks, drainage strategies, utilities, and pavements), while authoring and approving high-level technical deliverables and mentoring junior engineering talent.

Skills:
- Chartered (CEng) or Incorporated (IEng) Civil Engineer (or degree equivalent).
- Proven experience coordinating/managing civil design delivery teams within a consultancy environment.
- Strong technical background in external works design, CDM regulations, and UK design codes.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, or Causeway Flow.
