Principal Consultant - Construction
White Collar - Auxo Future Build
Location: Moorgate, London: Hybrid
This is not your typical Principal Consultant role.
We’re looking for an ambitious Principal Consultant to join our growing Future Build division and help shape what comes next.
We’re winning RPOs, working with some of the biggest names in construction, expanding into international markets and building a truly global Future Build/Construction offering. Now we want someone who wants to be part of that growth and have the opportunity to make it their own.
The Opportunity
You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own market, build your client portfolio and grow your desk across white-collar construction recruitment.
You’ll be:
- Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- Working with some of the biggest names in the construction industry
- Growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
- Delivering high-quality white-collar recruitment solutions
- Getting out from behind the desk — we actively encourage client and site visits
- Supporting our growing RPO and international opportunities
- Helping shape the future direction of the Future Build division

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who is commercial, entrepreneurial and hungry to build something.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in white-collar construction recruitment
- A proven track record in new business sales
- Strong client development and relationship-building skills
- A genuine understanding of the construction market
- The confidence to get out there, meet clients and visit sites
- The ambition to grow a market, desk and potentially a team
Most importantly, you’ll want more than just your next recruitment job.
