Build Your Market. Grow Your Own Team. Create Your Own Success.
At SF Technology Partners, we're looking for an experienced 360 Tech Recruiter to join our growing team.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a desk and be expected to follow a predetermined plan. It's an opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to build their technology specialism in their own way, backed by an experienced and collaborative team who will support your growth every step of the way.
Whether your specialism is Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, ERP, Product, Digital or another technology niche, we'll give you the freedom, trust and autonomy to develop your market whilst benefiting from an established brand, strong client relationships and a genuinely supportive environment.
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to grow beyond individual contribution. If leadership is part of your long-term ambition, there is a clear pathway to build and develop a team beneath you as we continue to invest in our technology division.
About SF Technology Partners
SF Technology Partners is part of the SF Recruitment Group and specialises in connecting exceptional technology professionals with organisations ranging from SMEs, high-growth businesses and PE-backed organisations, through to established national and international employers.
Our approach is built on expertise, relationships and long-term partnerships. We give our consultants the freedom to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, whilst providing the infrastructure, support and collaboration needed to maximise success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
