Principal Consultant - Private Practice Legal Search | 70k + Uncapped Commission | London
The difference between a good biller and a £1,000,000 biller isn’t always ability. Usually, it’s the platform.
I’m partnering with one of the leading global Legal Search firms to grow their Associate-level Private Practice business. They’re deeply embedded in the elite US market, with 20+ years of relationships at Managing Partner and Global Chair level, alongside the Magic Circle, Silver Circle and leading international firms.
Their current Head of Practice joined with 2 years’ experience. She’s now amongst the Top 5 Associate recruiters in the UK, billing £1,000,000 entirely through existing accounts. That’s the level this platform can take good recruiters to.

£70k base DOE + uncapped commission.
