Principal Recruitment Consultant
Up to £50,000 base + monthly commission + quarterly bonuses
Soho, London | Hybrid 3 days onsite
Tenzing Search is a specialist Finance and Accountancy recruitment business. We specialise in Senior Qualified appointments across the UK, focusing on both Contract, Interim and Permanent appointments across all sectors. We believe that partnering, supporting and guiding our clients, is the only way to navigate the recruitment process. As a Senior Consultant you'll lead on 360 delivery - from sourcing to client relationship management - in a high-performing, high-reward culture.
Role Highlights:
- Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business
- Source, assess and place top-tier qualified finance talent via proactive search methods
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
- Work cross-functionally with consultants across the wider 11 Investments brands

You Will Need:
- A consistent billing record - £220k+ in the last 12 months ideal
- Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
- Exposure to finance recruitment (or strong interest in the space)
- Confidence in negotiation, business development and candidate management
- A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
