At Ellis Group, we're continuing to grow our international business, and we're looking for ambitious, experienced Principal Recruitment Consultants who are ready for their next challenge.

We are keen to connect with recruiters who have built a strong reputation in their market, enjoy developing lasting client relationships, and want to be part of a business where they can genuinely make an impact.

If you have experience recruiting across Oracle, SAP, or Data & AI, and you're looking for the opportunity to grow your desk, develop your market, and take your career further, we'd love to have a conversation.

We are based in Richmond upon Thames, London – just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction by train.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced consultants who bring a combination of market knowledge, commercial drive, and a genuine passion for recruitment. Ideally, you will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in contract or permanent recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience recruiting within Oracle, SAP, Data & AI, or closely related enterprise technology markets.
  • Strong business development skills and the confidence to build, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A consultative approach, with a real focus on understanding your clients, candidates, and specialist market.
  • The ambition to take ownership of your desk, develop new opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
