We’re hiring a Principal Consultant to join our established Finance & Accounting team in London.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Finance recruiter who wants the earning potential and autonomy of running their own desk, without having to start from zero.

Our Finance team recruits across Fund Finance, Group Finance & Reporting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, Investment Accounting, Financial Control and Accounts Payable/Receivable, through to senior Finance leadership appointments.

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced 360 Finance recruiter with a strong billing track record
  • Someone confident developing new business and growing existing accounts
  • Strong market knowledge and the ability to build a recognised specialism
  • A commercial approach to account management and cross-selling
  • Someone who wants to contribute beyond their own desk, support others and build towards people management
