Principal AI Product Consultant
Insight AI is seeking a Principal Consultant – AI Products & Adoption to help clients unlock measurable value from AI. This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role focused on identifying AI opportunities, rapidly validating ideas through prototypes, and driving successful adoption at scale.
You will work directly with business leaders to shape AI strategies, build compelling business cases, and lead the delivery of AI-powered products and workflows. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and working alongside technical teams, you will help organisations move from AI experimentation to real business impact.
A key part of the role will be supporting clients in adopting emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Anthropic Claude and agentic AI solutions, while helping to build innovative AI products that improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and define AI strategies.
- Lead discovery workshops and rapid prototyping engagements to demonstrate ROI and accelerate decision-making.
- Design and oversee the delivery of AI-powered products, workflows and automation solutions.
- Support the implementation of Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities, including Anthropic Claude-based solutions.
- Drive AI adoption through change management, stakeholder engagement and value measurement.
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI best practice, governance and organisational readiness.
- Mentor consultants, product teams and client stakeholders in AI product development and adoption.
- Support pre-sales activity, proposal development and growth of Insight AI’s consulting capability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering AI products, AI transformation programmes or AI consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI.
- Experience taking products from concept and prototype through to implementation.
- Ability to quickly understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience demonstrating ROI and business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive audiences.
- A collaborative mentor who enjoys developing people and building capability within teams.
- Adaptable across industries and comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments.
