Principal Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the successful delivery of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Finance Transformation programmes, combining project leadership, client advisory, and team management responsibilities.

This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for an experienced EPM professional who has personally led complex implementations, worked closely with Finance leadership teams, and can bridge the gap between business and technology. You will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and transformation leaders, helping organisations modernise planning, consolidation, reporting, and performance management processes while ensuring successful project delivery.

You'll lead client engagements from strategy through implementation, managing delivery teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and helping customers realise measurable business value from their EPM investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex EPM implementation and transformation programmes from discovery and design through to go-live and adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and Group Finance teams, providing guidance on both process and technology.
• Drive project delivery, governance, and execution, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and change requests across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Facilitate steering committees, executive workshops, and programme governance meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and provide strategic advisory services beyond the initial implementation.
