About the Role:
The Principal Consultant, IGA will play a critical leadership role in delivering Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions while guiding and mentoring a team of consultants across multiple client engagements. You will be a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and subject matter expertise across the broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. You will work with client partners, security leaders, and technical teams to architect scalable identity governance solutions that align with our goals and security best practices.
The Principal Consultant will also mentor junior consultants, reviewing solution designs, and ensuring project teams follow best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects are important, as you will present solutions to technical and executive partners, documenting architectures, and facilitating workshops with clients. The Principal Consultant will contribute to expertise, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement within the practice. In addition to technical expertise, we will achieve this by sharing knowledge, refining methodologies, and helping drive innovation across identity governance service

- Lead and scale the India Identity Consulting practice, ensuring it supports our global growth strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Identity consultants, architects, project managers, and technical leaders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards by overseeing the successful delivery of complex Identity implementation, migration, modernization, and managed services engagements.
- Provide executive oversight for projects involving leading IAM platforms including SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, and related technologies.
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Client Success teams to support pre-sales activities, solution design, project estimation, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Develop trusted relationships with executive partners and serve as a strategic advisor to clients throughout their Identity transformation journey.
- Promote operational excellence by managing resource planning, utilization, forecasting, delivery quality, project profitability, backlog, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish delivery standards, methodologies, best practices, and reusable accelerators to improve consistency and efficiency across engagements.
- Recruit, coach, and retain top consulting talent while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and learning.
- Collaborate with the VP, Global Head of Identity Consulting and other global practice leaders to align strategy, delivery standards, and organisational priorities.
- Stay current with latest Identity Security trends, technologies, and industry best practices, helping shape the future direction of the practice.
- Represent the Identity Consulting practice internally and externally through executive presentations, customer workshops, industry events, and thought leadership programs.
