Principal Consultant – Private Equity | C-Suite Appointments
Central London
Hybrid working - 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Basic - £40,000 - £65,000
About the Company
We’re looking for a Senior Research & Delivery Consultant to join a market-leading Private Equity Executive Search firm, specialising in C-level appointments into PE-backed portfolio companies.
About the Role
You’ll work on C-Level and Chair mandates for high-growth, investor-backed businesses, often at moments of inflection: carve-outs, buy-and-builds, turnarounds and exits.

Responsibilities
- Pure focus on top-tier delivery and execution, not BD
- Work directly with Partner on exciting global Consumer Searches.
- Exposure to mid-market and upper mid-market PE funds and their portfolio leaders
- Fast-paced, deal-driven environment where quality and pace both matter
Qualifications
An experienced research, delivery or execution-focused search professional
Required Skills
- Someone confident mapping markets, engaging C-suite talent, and running tight processes
- Comfortable operating at board and investor level
- Detail-obsessed, commercially aware, and motivated by high-stakes work
