Woking/Guildford, hybrid (1–2 days in the office)
30% flat commission from day one
You're an established 360 biller with 5–6 years behind you. You want a better commission structure and more freedom, and you're tired of corporate red tape.
1st Executive is the largest specialist recruiter in Procurement, Supply Chain and Commercial, with more than 20 years in the market. You'll handle mid to senior appointments with salaries from £50k to £250k, plus interim, across corporate and public sector clients.
The role
- Own and grow a desk, taking on key accounts and opening new ones
- Deliver mid to senior permanent and interim appointments
- Help shape how the business grows, with direct access to the leadership team

What we're looking for
- 5–6 years as a 360 recruiter, with a proven record of building perm or contract revenue
- MUST HAVE: background in procurement, supply chain, commercial or a closely related corporate market
- Strong client relationships, a motivation for BD and the drive to keep building
- Degree-educated or equivalent experience
