About the Role
We are now looking for an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing USA team in Manchester, specialising in the Robotics, Automation and Logistics market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven recruiter to take ownership of an established and growing market, with existing clients, relationships and candidate networks providing a strong platform from which to build.
We already have a number of existing robotics clients and relationships, giving you a strong starting point rather than building a market from scratch. There has also been previous activity in this space, creating a clear opportunity for someone to take ownership and develop it into a significant revenue stream.

The Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and grow a portfolio of US Robotics, Automation and Logistics clients
- Develop new business and expand existing relationships
- Deliver recruitment solutions across permanent and contract markets
- Explore opportunities across RPO and MSP solutions
- Build a strong candidate network across the US
- Develop a sustainable contract book alongside permanent recruitment
- Leverage candidate crossover and collaborate with colleagues across adjacent markets
- Build senior-level relationships across the robotics, automation and logistics sectors
- Take ownership of the market and contribute to the continued growth of our US operation

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant who has US experience.
- Experience within Robotics, Automation, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related market
- Strong billing and business development track record
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach
- Confident building senior client and candidate relationships
- Experience or a strong interest in the US recruitment market
- Ambitious, tenacious and motivated to build something
