Competitive Salary + Benefits

A leading Microsoft Partner based in Birmingham is looking to recruit an experienced Principal Consultant to join its growing practice. This is a senior, client-facing role for an established Dynamics 365 CE professional who can combine strategic consultancy, solution leadership, and delivery expertise. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, shape technology roadmaps, and lead the successful delivery of complex D365 CE solutions.

You'll play a key role across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sales and solution definition through to implementation, user adoption, and ongoing client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape business transformation initiatives through Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design activities.
  • Provide pre-sales support including demonstrations, estimations, solution shaping, and proposal responses.
  • Deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and customization activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
  • Support project governance, delivery planning, testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to oversee integrations, data migration, and solution delivery.
  • Mentor and support less experienced consultants within the practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
