Principal CS&A Engineer Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Principal CS&A Engineer to join a major nuclear infrastructure programme supporting the refurbishment of a critical facility on the Sellafield site. This role will lead the delivery of civil and structural engineering activities, providing technical leadership and ensuring engineering solutions are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest quality standards.
This position would suit a Principal Civil or Structural Engineer with extensive nuclear experience who enjoys leading complex engineering projects. It will appeal to someone who is confident providing technical assurance, mentoring engineering teams and driving engineering excellence throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural engineering delivery across major nuclear project work packages
- Provide technical leadership, design assurance and engineering governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage technical interfaces across the project
- Support construction activities by resolving technical issues and providing expert engineering guidance
- Ensure engineering deliverables comply with nuclear regulations, quality standards and client requirements

In return you'll receive a contract rate up to £83/hour (Umbrella), with hybrid working requiring attendance in either Warrington or Cumbria approximately one day every two weeks.
