Overview
Atlassians have flexibility in where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, as part of being a distributed-first company.
Location requirement: Candidates must be based in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom and be fluent in Dutch.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Customer Success Manager, Public Sector & Enterprise, you’ll partner with strategic public sector organisations and commercial customers across Benelux and the Nordics to realise the full value of their Atlassian investments. Serving as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide customers through complex digital transformations, cloud migrations, and modern ways of working across our solution portfolio.
In This Role, You Will
- Build Strategic Trusted Advisor Relationships: Partner with senior public sector stakeholders, IT leaders, and transformation directors, as well as leaders in commercial accounts across Benelux and the Nordics, to align Atlassian solutions with their strategic priorities.
- Champion Cloud Migration & Digital Transformation: Guide public sector and commercial customers through major transformation initiatives with a primary focus on cloud migration scenarios, helping organisations transition from legacy/on-premise deployments to Atlassian Cloud. Enable customers to harness our AI capabilities and the Teamwork Graph to connect knowledge across teams, automate workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Drive Value Realisation & Success Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive Customer Success Plans and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), ensuring measurable ROI, high user adoption, and long-term customer health across complex public sector and commercial accounts.
- Navigate Customer Governance & Ways of Working: Adapt to differing governance, data and security requirements, and procurement processes across public sector and commercial customers to overcome adoption blockers and support deployment.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Cloud Migration specialists, Product teams, and Atlassian Solution Partners to advocate for customer requirements across both public sector and commercial accounts and ensure smooth customer lifecycle delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
