Job Description
Clinical Leadership and Shared Ownership Opportunity

Cavehill Dental and Implant Clinic, Belfast is looking for an experienced General Dentist with the ambition to lead, grow and help shape a thriving practice.
This is more than a clinical role. It is an opportunity to influence how the practice develops, improve its commercial performance and benefit financially from the value and profitability you help create.
You will have the freedom and influence to think like an owner, supported by the scale, expertise and infrastructure of PortmanDentex. That means you can focus on leading excellent care, developing a high-performing team and growing the practice - without having to build everything alone.

About You
You will be:
- A GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience.
- Commercially curious, entrepreneurial and motivated by growth.
- Committed to excellent, patient-centred care.
- Confident working collaboratively with practice management and support teams.
- Motivated to develop others and improve how the practice operates.
