Join an award-winning architectural practice working as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on some of the finest buildings projects in the UK from incredible heritage and conservation schemes to bold contemporary designs.
Due to expansion plans in the team, our client is looking for a Principal Designer to join the team, ideally looking for someone with a design background or design understanding who has some experience in CDM. This is not a consultancy role, you will be working on a small volume of complex inhouse projects for a progressive practice on CDM compliance and strategy.

In this role, you will support the Head of Design Safety as a number two in the team for CDM, surrounded by chartered architects and design professionals who can support your development. Experience working as a Principal Designer is essential in this role, even if it is just for a year or two.
