One of the most important new-ish roles in the design and construction industry, becoming more and more common as a standalone role as a result of the BSA.

What do you need?

- You'll need to be passionate about doing things once, the right way. Your role is essential for the smooth designing and building of projects.
- You'll be experienced with the CDM regulations, the BSA and ideally HRBs. If not HRBs, you'll need to be an accredited PD or soon becoming one.
- Ideally, you will have dealt with the responsibilities of being a PD - planning, monitoring and coordinating health & safety throughout the design and build process.
