Fixed-Term Employment (FTE)

We are looking for an individual with high initiative, a strategic approach, and customer experience strategy talent. The Principal Digital Strategist is a digital-savvy professional with experience designing and executing consumer experiences for multinational brands. A passionate and effective communicator, the Principal Digital Strategist conveys the evolution of the consumer experience and develops strategic marketing programs that align with our clients’ overall business objectives through strategic insights and direction, and makes significant recommendations that deliver on client business objectives and important metrics.

What you'll Do

  • Develop innovative experience interactions specific to client challenges/objectives.
  • Lead and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value models and revenue-driving insights that positively impact and move a client’s business forward.
  • Client Immersion: Intimately articulate (through primary and secondary research) client business goals.
  • Develop experience debriefs, gap analysis, competitive assessments, and customer journeys to provide solutions to support key marketing initiatives.
  • Write and present efficient and effective digital strategies and operational growth strategies that align to customer objectives and desired business outcomes.
  • Build effective strategic client partnerships through regular client interaction and demonstrated leadership.
  • Provide impactful leadership, improvements, and coaching to the Digital Performance Strategy Team members
  • Synthesize client findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions for all levels of client leadership.
  • Employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, value readiness and mapping, organisational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.
  • Have the ability to identify the trends and technology crafting the future of consumer behaviour and be able to understand how these trends may influence future consumer behaviour.

  • Meaningful experience (10 years+) as a practitioner in a marketing function of a major global organisation, a world-class management consulting organisation, or digital agency.
  • Experience in crafting digital experiences or marketing strategies along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution.
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including a talent for conducting research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights & recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct senior-level interviews and facilitate group discussions/working sessions.
  • Results-oriented approach, ability to take calculated risks, and proven track record of aligning and influencing partners.
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
