Principal / Director Management Consultant - GCA Framework Specialist

Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Principal / Director-level Management Consultant to support responses for the forthcoming Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Consultancy and Professional Services Framework.
This is not a bid-writing role. We are looking for a senior consultant with first-hand experience delivering complex UK Central Government transformation programmes and contributing to successful CCS Management Consultancy Framework (MCF3, MCF4 or equivalent) submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-scoring responses to government consulting scenarios.
- Apply practical Central Government transformation experience to create credible delivery approaches.
- Translate consulting methodologies and experience into clear, persuasive responses.
- Work with the wider team to maximise scores against evaluation criteria.
- Produce concise, impactful responses within strict character limits.

Essential Experience
- Principal, Director, Partner or Managing Consultant-level experience in UK Central Government consulting.
- Experience contributing to successful MCF3, MCF4 or equivalent government framework submissions.
- Extensive Central Government transformation delivery experience.
- Strong understanding of government procurement and quality evaluation.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise across transformation, programme delivery, governance, operating models and organisational change.

Ideal Background
- Experience within a leading Government consulting practice such as PwC, Deloitte, PA Consulting, Accenture, Capgemini, KPMG, EY, IBM Consulting, CGI, or an equivalent organisation.
