This is a distinctive opportunity to build on strong foundations, shape the next chapter of a values-led school and create the conditions in which every child and every adult can flourish.

About the Role

As Principal, you will bring vision, energy and confident leadership to a school with a committed staff team, strong community relationships and high aspirations for its pupils. The school combines high expectations with a curriculum that nurtures the whole child—emotionally, intellectually, physically, academically and spiritually. Its ambition is for children to look back with pride and move forward with confidence. A highly professional staff team works collaboratively with families, the Trust and the wider community to create memorable, lifelong learning experiences.

  • Champions inclusion and understands how to make it a reality for every child
  • Has strong curriculum knowledge, high expectations and a clear understanding of how to secure excellent learning and outcomes
  • Understands and is committed to pupils’ pastoral needs and positive behaviour
  • Works effectively, flexibly and independently, while being a committed team member
  • Embraces and promotes the Christian ethos of the school
  • Brings enthusiasm, support and positive challenge, leading change for the benefit of all.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
