Ready to take ownership of exciting and complex engineering projects? At Nexos Group, we're looking for a talented Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the delivery of high-quality electrical engineering solutions across a diverse range of industrial and energy sector projects.
You'll play a key role in managing electrical engineering activities from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. Working closely with clients, project teams, and fellow engineers, you'll have the opportunity to lead engineering scopes, mentor team members, and contribute to project success across multiple sectors.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven electrical engineering experience within an industrial project environment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and electrical design principles.
- Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams and managing project deliverables.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within BESS, Solar, Data Centres or Oil & Gas is highly desirable.
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Chartered status is advantageous.
