Position Overview

The Enterprise Renewal Representative owns the renewal strategy and execution for Autodesk’s largest and most strategic Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs). Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives and cross-functional teams, this role drives predictable renewal outcomes, mitigates commercial risk, and identifies expansion opportunities while navigating complex customer organizations and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to execute the end-to-end renewal strategy for an assigned portfolio for Enterprise Customers, in collaboration with the Account teams
  • Develop and execute renewal plans, ensuring timely, predictable, and profitable outcomes
  • Lead commercial discussions with procurement and customer stakeholders to negotiate renewal terms
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to align renewal strategy with the overall account plan and support expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, and Partners
  • Identify renewal risks early and drive mitigation plans to maximize customer value
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and executive visibility throughout the renewal lifecycle

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong commercial negotiation and executive communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise renewals, enterprise sales, strategic account management in a SaaS or subscription business
  • Proven success managing large, complex enterprise renewals involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and forecast management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs), Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs), or comparable strategic software contracts
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS licensing and subscription business models
  • Experience working within global, matrixed sales organizations
