Fractional Inhouse Lawyers

Salary
£120K to £150K pro-rata per annum

Who should apply
To succeed in this role, being a good legal counsel is only the beginning. You’ll be working as a consultant, so you’ll also need to be a self-manager: organised, proactive and responsive.
As with any new role or career, you'll need to develop new skills including, for example, depending on your role, around business development and/or client nurturing. We will support you with this but you must have a willingness to learn, adapt and maintain a positive outlook.
Culture and team spirit are hugely important here. So too is a genuine passion for making a difference to our clients and team.
What we are looking for
- Confident, generalist legal counsel who can be relied on to get things done and who bring a genuine growth mindset
- All suitable candidates are welcome, but we have a particular current interest in lawyers with experience in technology, construction, med-tech or life sciences
- Inhouse lawyers who want to build a long-term career in fractional lawyering - this is not a stop-gap opportunity
- A minimum of 10 years PQE, including at least 5 years inhouse experience
- UK or dual-qualified inhouse lawyers
- A willingness to travel to clients and be present team events
