Your Team’s Impact
The Principal Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, Real-Time & PRD (Pricing & Reference Data) is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for FactSet's proprietary and differentiated data offerings. Reporting to the Senior Director, AI + Data GTM, this role helps translate FactSet's data strategy into compelling client value propositions, commercialization plans, and growth opportunities.
You will partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive successful product launches, improve market adoption, and support revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, market insight generation, and commercial execution.
What You’ll Do
GTM Strategy & Commercialization
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for FactSet's Real-Time and Pricing & Reference Data offerings.
- Translate product roadmap priorities into commercialization plans, launch strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage GTM planning processes, operating cadences, and initiative prioritization.
Launch Execution & Sales Enablement
- Support the commercialization of new products, features, and enhancements.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop messaging, training, sales plays, and client-facing materials.
- Ensure sales teams understand target audiences, use cases, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
- Support strategic client discussions, business reviews, and high-impact sales opportunities.

Market & Client Insights
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform GTM priorities.
- Develop executive-ready insights, recommendations, and performance updates for leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert on industry trends related to data, analytics, and AI.
Performance & Growth
- Monitor adoption, pipeline, and commercialization metrics to assess GTM effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, improve field readiness, and enhance client adoption.
- Track key initiatives and provide recommendations to address risks, blockers, and execution gaps.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, business operations, consulting, product management, or related commercial roles.
- Experience within financial services, financial technology, data, analytics, AI, or other B2B enterprise technology organizations.
- Knowledge of Real-Time and Pricing & Reference Data offerings.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and commercial performance data to inform decision-making.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting product launches, commercialization initiatives, or strategic growth programs.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or AI-driven products.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment workflows.

The budgeted amount range for this position in NYC and the State of Connecticut is $145k- $185K. Please note that this range may vary in other locations and countries.
