The first engagement is expected to start in November 2026, subject to client approval.

Intelance is a UK advisory firm working on technology governance, cyber security and data governance. We are looking for a senior identity and access specialist to lead access governance work for a UK regulated investment firm. You will be the person the client works with day to day, backed by an Intelance engagement partner.

Tasks

  • Lead the client relationship day to day, including the steering committee and weekly updates.
  • Turn an agreed access design into a working plan with the client's system owners, and keep it on track.
  • Own the single record of who can see which client information, and how it is kept up to date.
  • Redesign how access is given, changed and removed when people join, move or leave, across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, a CRM and a cloud data platform.
  • Run sessions with senior business owners to confirm access rules and exceptions.
  • Guide the choice of an identity governance tool, if the client goes ahead.
  • Write short, plain English documents that senior people outside technology can act on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
