You’ll join a collaborative consultancy environment, working alongside security consultants, engineers, project teams, customers and technology partners.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of enterprise environments, including traditional IT estates, highly segmented networks, operational technology and regulated environments. - Own technical workstreams from discovery and design through to implementation, testing and operational handover
- Translate customer requirements into secure, scalable and supportable Tanium solutions
- Work across Tanium capabilities including Asset, Discover, Patch, Deploy, Comply, Risk, Enforce, Performance, Provision, Investigate, Connect and Reporting
- Design and implement endpoint onboarding, targeting, RBAC, patching, software deployment and remediation processes
- Support migrations from legacy endpoint-management platforms such as SCCM, Ivanti and ManageEngine
- Develop high- and low-level designs, implementation plans, technical documentation and operating procedures
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint, network, firewall, proxy, certificate and platform connectivity issues

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and assurance to other consultants and engineers
- Identify and communicate technical risks, dependencies and delivery considerations
- Contribute reusable methodologies, standards and technical assets to strengthen Computacenter’s Tanium practice

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
