About the role
The Innovation GTM Principal plays a critical strategic role in turning Kinaxis' most important innovations into market opportunities. This role will lead go-to-market strategy for high-priority initiatives that span products, portfolios, and traditional organizational boundaries, while building the models and discipline to bring innovation to market faster, at greater scale, and with greater impact.
Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy, the Innovation GTM Principal will define how emerging capabilities translate into compelling customer value, differentiated market positions, and scalable commercial motions. This person will bring structure to ambiguity, connecting early innovation with customer validation, market readiness, and repeatable growth.
What you will do
- Own GTM strategy for Kinaxis' highest-priority innovation initiatives, accelerating the path from emerging capability to market opportunity, launch, and commercial scale.
- Increase the speed and scale of launches, creating repeatable launch models, decision gates, and operating rhythms that enable Kinaxis to bring more innovation to market faster without sacrificing readiness or impact.
- Turn emerging innovation into compelling market propositions, defining the customer problem, target audience, differentiated value, positioning, use cases, and path to market.
- Build the path from experimentation to scale, connecting early customer validation and co-innovation to market readiness, commercial activation, and repeatable growth.
- Create high-impact market moments, developing integrated launch strategies that bring together customer proof, thought leadership, events, analysts, partners, PR, and demand generation around a cohesive story.
- Orchestrate complex, cross-functional launches, aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders around clear milestones, dependencies, decisions, and accountability.
- Shape new GTM motions, determining how innovations should be packaged, introduced, sold, and expanded when existing product or portfolio motions are not sufficient.
- Accelerate market learning and iteration, using early customers, field feedback, market signals, and launch performance to quickly refine propositions, GTM strategies, and investment priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
