Our poultry specialists are recognised leaders within the industry, valued for their independent advice and technical expertise. With continued growth in demand for our consultancy services, we are expanding the team and seeking experienced professionals who can help shape the future direction of our poultry business, contribute to the development of colleagues and progress into increasingly influential leadership roles.
Job Description

We welcome applications from individuals currently working within the poultry industry who are looking to apply their technical and commercial expertise in a consultancy environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware poultry professional with strong technical expertise and established industry knowledge to work with producers, supply chain businesses, industry organisations and government bodies. The role is predominantly home-based, with regular engagement with ADAS colleagues and clients across the UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
