Your new challenge
You’ll be driving the discovery, design and creation of Copilot-led solutions across M365 – spanning Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power Platform and Purview.

- You’ll design and build custom Copilot agents and extensions in Copilot Studio, configure Graph connectors and plugins, and guide clients on Copilot adoption, governance and change management.
- You’ll be getting exposure to the latest Microsoft technologies and will work closely with a varied client base, delivering customer workshops, putting together SoW’s and leading the technical delivery of solutions.
About you
You’ll have in-depth experience of delivering end to end engagements across M365, with a particular focus on Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint and Power Platform. Some other skills you’ll bring:
- The ability to really wow customers and deliver engaging workshops.
- Strong technical experience across M365, including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Purview and Copilot.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agents in Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, Graph connectors and plugin/extensibility work.
- Experience rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot – readiness assessments, licensing, adoption and change management, and driving user engagement.
- Understanding of Copilot governance, data security and compliance considerations, working closely with Purview.
- A background working for Microsoft Partners / IT Consultancies.

Salary
Salary for this role is £85 – 95k basic and it’s a fully remote role.
