What the role is

The Principal Manager, Stakeholders Engagement supports strategic leadership of integrated business development and stakeholder engagement.

What you will be working on

Strategic Leadership

  • Supports development and implementation of strategies; conducts horizon scanning and research; prepares strategic analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.

Ecosystem Development (including pro-enterprise efforts)

  • Executes ecosystem development initiatives; analyses market trends and feedback; coordinates day-to-day pro-enterprise engagements; identifies operational gaps and opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manages and nurtures key stakeholder relationships.

Organisational Influence

  • Champion a culture of strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and proactive engagement throughout the organisation, ensuring alignment with HSA’s long-term goals and values.

What we are looking for

  • Strong background in life sciences, public health, business administration, communications, or related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, partnership management, or stakeholder engagement within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, regulatory, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience working with regulatory bodies, healthcare institutions, or scientific organisations is essential.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities with proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences including government agencies, industry partners, and international organisations.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable outcomes in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
