Role Overview
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading major and complex client engagements focused on customer-led growth and marketing transformation, combining strategic thinking, consulting rigour, and practical delivery leadership
- Building trusted senior client relationships and operating credibly with CMO, CXO, and broader executive stakeholders
- Growing key accounts and creating new opportunities, shaping and selling consulting work that connects strategy, customer experience, marketing transformation, and broader Havas capabilities across brand, creative, media, and experience
- Playing a leadership role in our growing New York team, helping to build our presence, culture, and market profile
- Mentoring and developing more junior team members, while contributing to practice development, proposition building, and internal initiatives
Requirements
You will have gained significant consulting experience in a recognised consulting firm and will most likely already be operating at Principal or Senior Manager level. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Significant and credible experience leading complex transformation programmes, with deep specialism in customer strategy and marketing transformation
- A strong consulting toolkit, including experience in customer strategy, customer experience design, marketing transformation, digital transformation, and operating model design
- A proven track record in business development, with the ability to grow accounts, originate new opportunities, and generate revenue through the sale of consulting services
- The ability to shape practical, high-impact solutions that connect customer, marketing, and business transformation priorities
- Desire to contribute to the business plan, strengthen our propositions, and lead internal initiatives
- Strong leadership capability, including prior experience of leading consulting teams, coaching junior colleagues, and helping to build team capability
