Location: London | Hybrid Working

The Role
- Lead mechanical building services projects from concept to completion
- Provide technical direction to multidisciplinary design teams
- Manage project programmes, budgets, quality and risks
- Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Coordinate designs using BIM and Revit MEP
- Mentor engineers and support the growth of the wider team
- Contribute to commercial performance and project success

About You
- Chartered Engineer, or close to Chartership through CIBSE
- Strong mechanical building services consultancy experience
- Proven delivery of UK multidisciplinary design projects
- Confident leading teams and managing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and technical expertise
- BIM and Revit MEP knowledge is highly desirable
