Principal Medical Science Liaison (Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health) – Medtronic

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Principal Medical Science Liaison (Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health), your work will focus on scientific communication, KOL relations, and advancing treatment options. Expect to:
- Build and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to foster mutual growth.
- Communicate clinical value while understanding evidence-based scientific and medical insights for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health technologies.
- Drive medical affairs initiatives collaboratively with cross-functional teams to broaden product adoption and enhance patient care.
- Engage in professional societies and educational events to share knowledge and lead workshops.
- Provide expert opinions on clinical evidence, treatment outcomes, and future product directions.
- Manage multiple urgent or long-term projects to align with business strategy, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date within your field and serve as a thought leader at interdisciplinary conferences and initiatives.

Core Requirements & Experience
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Degrees or postgraduate certifications in a scientific, clinical, or medical discipline, with relevant professional experience.
- Specialised knowledge or experience in medical device innovation, clinical research, or Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (translate complex science—develop clear, engaging messaging, recognise trends, and demonstrate confidence in line with senior-level influence).
- Analytical mindset with proofreading precision, rational thinking, and project execution ability.
- Excellent relationship management across diverse opinion leaders and healthcare systems.
- Result-driven attitude with a go-getter hustle: you proactively seek answers, solve challenges, and drive original mission-impact initiatives.

Salary (U.K.) Base Range
£77,040.00 - £115,560.00 per year
