Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant Location: UK – Hatfield, London, Reading, Nottingham, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Edinburgh | Job-ID: 217248 | Contract: Standard | Unit: IT Consulting


About the Role

You’ll join our dynamic and rapidly growing Consultancy Practice, collaborating with senior consultants, architects, and delivery teams to design and deliver complex Microsoft 365 solutions. This senior, client-facing opportunity focuses on pre-sales engagements, solution shaping, and strategic decision-making. At Computacenter, professional growth is prioritised through continuous learning in emerging technologies and modern workplace strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagements by analysing requirements and proposing innovative Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in pre-sales, supporting opportunity qualification and solution design
  • Design and deliver complex Microsoft 365 collaboration & identity solutions across enterprise environments
  • Present and validate solution approaches to senior stakeholders
  • Mentor junior consultants/engineers during project engagements
  • Collaborate across teams for seamless delivery and support transitions
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships (internal & customer-facing)
  • Stay ahead with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview and information governance
  • Proven knowledge of Identity Services (Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, Identity Governance)
  • Track record of designing complex enterprise cloud solutions
  • Experience in leading technical pre-sales engagements
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills (能够影响高层决定者)
  • Ability to lead/coordinate large virtual technical teams
  • Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience
