As Principal Machine Learning Engineer, you will define technical direction across machine learning whilst remaining deeply involved in platform engineering and model development. The role offers significant influence across high-scale production systems, business strategy and the future roadmap of the ML function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for Machine Learning systems and infrastructure
- Develop and optimise recommendation, targeting, bidding and attribution models
- Lead improvements across MLOps, model monitoring and automated retraining
- Scale and enhance production-grade ML platforms and deployment pipelines
- Partner with engineering leadership to align AI strategy with commercial priorities
- Drive innovation across LTV modelling, churn prediction and audience optimisation
- Mentor senior engineers and influence technical decision-making across the organisation

- Salary Range: £128,000 / €150,000
