Principal NetSuite Consultant
Remote Based - UK - Travel to customer site when required
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000
Join a leading and rapidly expanding NetSuite Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful ERP transformation projects while contributing to the continued growth of a thriving consultancy.
As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you'll take ownership of projects from discovery and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead workshops, design best-fit solutions, and deliver business outcomes that create lasting value for clients.
You'll also have the opportunity to support pre-sales engagements, contribute to solution design, and work on broader transformation initiatives, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, solving complex business challenges, and developing long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Configure NetSuite and design tailored ERP solutions aligned to client needs.
- Manage data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live activities.
- Deliver user training and support change management initiatives.
- Contribute to solution design, project scoping, and pre-sales engagements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering NetSuite implementation projects.
- Experience leading functional workstreams or working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
- Hands-on experience conducting workshops, business analysis, testing, and end-user training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.

- NetSuite certifications.
- Previous consultancy experience.
- SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or other ERP platforms.
