We are seeking an exceptional Principal to lead Newman School and its community into its next chapter.
This is an important leadership opportunity for someone who is ambitious for every pupil and committed to creating an inclusive environment in which children and young people can thrive.

As Principal, you will provide strategic leadership for Newman School, working with colleagues across the school and Venn to build on existing strengths and continue developing the quality of education and opportunities available to pupils.
You will lead and inspire colleagues, promote a strong culture of safeguarding and inclusion, and ensure that pupils remain at the heart of decision-making.
About you
We are looking for an experienced and values-led school leader who can:
- Provide clear, ambitious and inclusive leadership;
- Inspire, develop and support colleagues;
- Lead high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development;
- Maintain a strong culture of safeguarding;
- Understand the needs of children and young people with SEND;
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families, colleagues and partners; and
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Venn while championing the individual identity and community of Newman School.
