Are you ready to shape the future of cybersecurity for critical national infrastructure?

The cyber resilience of the UK's Critical National Infrastructure has never been more important. As Operational Technology (OT) environments become increasingly connected, organisations need trusted advisors who understand not only cybersecurity but also the operational realities of keeping critical services running. This is your opportunity to make an impact.

We are investing in the continued expansion of our OT Cybersecurity Practice and are looking for a Principal Consultant to become one of its technical and commercial leaders. This is an opportunity to influence the cyber resilience of electricity transmission, distribution, and generation organisations across Great Britain & Ireland while helping shape one of the UK's most respected specialist OT Cybersecurity consulting practices.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Developing trusted relationships with owners and operators of Critical Power Infrastructure across GB & Ireland
  • Leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, and cyber maturity engagements
  • Producing consultancy-grade reports with pragmatic recommendations for executive stakeholders
  • Facilitating customer workshops and executive briefings
  • Supporting customers in developing OT cyber resilience roadmaps
  • Identifying opportunities to extend consulting engagements through trusted advisory relationships
  • Supporting strategic pursuits, proposals, and customer engagements
  • Developing new consulting services aligned to emerging market and regulatory requirements
  • Mentoring colleagues and contributing to a high-performing consulting practice
  • Representing the business through conferences, working groups, and industry forums

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
