We are hiring a Principal Physician to safeguard a UHNW family navigating the Mediterranean.
A deeply confidential, permanent full-time position is currently available for an authoritative and highly discreet medical expert.
Acting as the dedicated primary doctor for an ultra-high-net-worth family, you will be granted complete medical jurisdiction aboard their premium private yacht.
This sensitive role requires flawless professional discretion, impeccable judgment, and the ability to independently engineer preventative health and emergency response strategies.
You will ensure the absolute well-being of the principals as the vessel moves through exclusive enclaves across Italy, the Greek Islands, Monaco, Mallorca, Ibiza, Marbella, and the Algarve.

Requirements
- Academic Credentials: We exclusively consider candidates with medical diplomas verified by recognized universities in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the USA.
- Clinical Tenure: You must present a solid, verifiable history of at least 5 years of active practice following your specialty certification.
- Specialty Area: A strong foundation in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Care is strictly required.
- Communication Skills: Crystal-clear, native-level English proficiency is essential to maintain precise clinical understanding in critical moments.
