Senior Principal Planner & Planning Manager Opportunities
📍 Location: Chiswick, London
🛢️ Offshore | Subsea | EPCIC | Energy Projects
We're supporting a globally recognised engineering and construction organisation renowned for delivering some of the world's most complex offshore, subsea and energy infrastructure projects. Due to continued project awards and a strong execution pipeline, they are seeking experienced planning professionals to join their Project Controls function in either a Senior Principal Planner or Planning Manager capacity on a 12 month (renewable contract).
Senior Principal Planner
A technical planning specialist role focused on schedule development, critical path analysis, risk assessment and project performance across large-scale EPCIC developments. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining complex project schedules, driving schedule integrity, conducting schedule risk analysis and supporting successful project execution.

Planning Manager

A leadership role overseeing planning teams and project scheduling activities across major projects. You'll work closely with project leadership, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and offshore installation teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with key milestones, contractual commitments and business objectives.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in offshore, subsea or EPCIC project planning within the oil & gas sector
- Strong Primavera P6 expertise with the ability to develop and manage complex Level 3 and Level 4 schedules
- Experience performing critical path analysis, schedule recovery planning and progress measurement
- Strong understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Hook-Up and Commissioning sequences
- Experience producing workforce histograms, progress curves, variance reports and forecasting analysis
- Familiarity with schedule quality tools and risk analysis methodologies
- Experience supporting subsea infrastructure, offshore installation, pipeline or marine construction projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
