Dragos

At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.

About the Role

Dragos is seeking a principal-level Product Advisor to join the Product team building world-class ICS cybersecurity products. You will work closely with the product team, internal stakeholders, and customers to advise on an effective product roadmap in support of EU-regulated critical infrastructure sectors. This role will overlay our existing Product Teams and act as a trusted technical advisor that defines and drives our approach for supporting NIS-2 and related EU OT cybersecurity requirements across our products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Product Strategy and inputs across Product Teams for NIS-2 compliance, and related sector-specific OT cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
  • Capture and relay detailed feedback on customer needs, implementation challenges, and platform capabilities specific to EU critical infrastructure operators, with particular focus on energy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to EU customers, helping them to understand how Dragos Platform supports NIS-2 including risk management obligations, OT asset visibility requirements, and their ability to demonstrate compliance posture to national competent authorities.
  • Represent the company in EU industry forums, conferences, and publications to reinforce Dragos’ leadership in OT cybersecurity and EU regulatory compliance including ENISA working groups, national cybersecurity agency events, and sector-specific industry bodies.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders to position the ability of the Dragos Platform to support industry-specific needs, including NIS-2 compliance.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and create educational content that highlights compliance capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify EU business opportunities, communicating relevant use cases, costs, and business case justifications.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to make decisions regarding trade-offs in features, timelines, resources, and quality, ensuring alignment with EU market needs and business goals.
  • Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritizing future development efforts for the EU market.
  • Independently measure, track, and provide plans to improve product KPIs which will drive process improvements and future product enhancements for the EU market.
  • Play a key role in shaping the EU go-to-market strategy and provide compelling narratives for successful launch activities.
  • Provide mentorship to senior and junior product managers, helping to elevate overall team capabilities and knowledge related to EU OT cybersecurity regulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
