The Role

Design intuitive experiences for complex B2B products, shared platform capabilities or developer tools. Develop scalable systems, reusable interaction patterns and consistent UI/UX frameworks. Bring strong visual and interaction design craft to dense, information-rich interfaces. Embed accessibility into product experiences and design systems. Use AI-assisted coding and prototyping tools to explore ideas, build prototypes and validate design decisions.

  • 10+ years of experience in product design or design systems, typically within the 10–20-year range.
  • Previous experience at Staff, Principal or Lead level, including Product Design Lead or Product Design Manager roles.
  • Experience designing complex B2B platforms, systems shared across multiple products, or developer tooling.
  • A track record of creating scalable design systems and repeatable interaction patterns.
  • Strong accessibility expertise.
  • Demonstrated excellence in visual, interaction and user experience design.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and prototyping tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Based in London with availability to attend an office three days per week
