Who thrives here
You've got 15+ years engineering, 10+ of those building products, and you've actually led a complex one — not just been in the room for it. You've managed multiple Staff and Senior Staff engineers. What you'll actually be doing
- Owning Product Engineering (Software) end-to-end — turning strategy into fast, high-quality delivery, not endless roadmap meetings.
- Building and levelling up a high-performing engineering function that reports directly to you — hiring, mentoring, setting a bar nobody gets to quietly slip under.
- Architecting operating systems that scale — removing the bottlenecks that slow everyone else down.
- Embedding AI-native, automation-first ways of working that unlock genuine step-change gains, not incremental tinkering.
- Partnering directly with Product, Customer Success and Sales leadership — your voice shapes the roadmap, it doesn't just execute it.
